Sometimes the words just don’t come out the same—or won’t come out at all—when you’re sitting in front of a computer. If that’s true for you, put the typing off until another day. Instead, grab a notepad and your writing implement of choice and start earning the “writing by hand” merit badge.
DQuartermane suggested today’s Request Week badge.
P.S. Twitter. #badgeimprov. This week only. You know the drill.
This is part of the merit badges for writers series, and may be posted on your site or blog. Have you earned this badge? Will you never earn it? Tell us why in the comments.

@caitpeterson: You are rocking the badge list!

It took nearly a minute of exhausted pondering, but a solution occurred to me. Guess what it was?
(Not taking this one, for reason of massive disqualification.)
Ah, yes! I can’t go anywhere (and I mean anywhere, including the bathroom) without my moleskine and mechanical pencil. You just can’t carry around a computer like that, even if it’s a netbook!
