Writing every day.

Merit badge: calendar with all days marked off

Your action plan for earning the “writing every day” merit badge is as follows:

Day 1
Brush your teeth. Write. Do other stuff. Sleep.

Days 2–
Repeat.

If you’re really pressed for time, you can skip the sleep part. (Please don’t skip brushing your teeth.)

This is part of the merit badges for writers series, and may be posted on your site or blog. Have you earned this badge? Will you never earn it? Tell us why in the comments.

    Hi Em,

Can I say how much I love these?!? I’m going to copy these for when I finally have a blog/website (next month maybe). I’m such a geek, I think I’m going to end up with almost all of them – yes, both the pantser and the outline ones. LOL!

    Thanks!

what a fun site and idea! Can’t choose just one badge :) To, because I “try” to write ea day, this badge would be a good reminder.

I’d love to see one that shows procrastination via social networking (FB, Twitter, etc.) OR! I know, Butt in Chair!! hee-hee!

@Mary Jo: Thank you! Have fun looking around. But so you don’t have to dig to find them: “social networking” merit badge & “butt in chair, hands on keyboard” merit badge.
